Enbrec, LLC (“Enbrec,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information through our SaaS platform, Enbrec WorkOps, including mobile and web applications designed for field service companies.
This Privacy Policy is governed by and incorporated into the terms outlined in your Master Software Agreement (MSA) with Enbrec. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and your MSA, the MSA shall control.
By using Enbrec WorkOps, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the terms set forth in your MSA.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:

All customers and authorized users of our web and mobile apps

Data collected via core features such as location tracking, camera-based forms, job photos, and digital receipts
All practices described herein are subject to the binding terms and definitions of your Master Software Agreement (MSA) with Enbrec.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information solely for the purpose of delivering services as defined in your MSA:
a. Location Data
Real-time location tracking is used during logged-in sessions to support field visibility, crew safety, dispatch accuracy, and job validation.
b. Camera Access & Media
Users may grant access to capture:

Job-site photos

Images for digital forms
-
Receipts or evidence of work performed
These media assets are stored securely and processed only as required by customer operations defined under the MSA.
c. Job & Operational Data
Includes but is not limited to:

Project documentation
-
Field ticket data
-
Time entries and payroll inputs

Dispatch records
d. Business Contact Information
Authorized user names, roles, email addresses, and other identifiers may be collected for authentication, user management, and support purposes.
3. How We Use Data
We use your data strictly to fulfill service delivery obligations defined in your MSA, including:

Workflow automation and reporting

Dispatch, scheduling, invoicing, and payroll execution

Real-time job and crew tracking

Operational analytics and system optimization
We do not use or repurpose data for advertising, profiling, or resale. All usage is limited to the scope of service described in your MSA.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may share data:

With customer administrators for internal business use

With service providers operating under contract (e.g., cloud infrastructure)

As required by law or legal process
All sharing is bound by confidentiality and data handling provisions outlined in your MSA. No third party shall access or process data beyond the scope authorized in your agreement.

Enbrec uses industry-standard security practices to safeguard your information, including:

System monitoring and audit trails
Data security controls are implemented in accordance with the commitments made in your MSA, including provisions for data breach response, uptime, and backup protocols.
6. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as otherwise required by your MSA or applicable law.
Data retention periods, export rights, and deletion requests are governed by your MSA.
7. User Controls
You may configure or limit:

Location Sharing – Controlled via device permissions; active only during user sessions

Camera Access – Optional, with clear prompts and device-level control

Data Access or Removal – Handled in accordance with your service terms
Specific rights and procedures for data access or modification are defined in your MSA.
8. International Users
Our platform and data storage infrastructure are based in the United States. If your business operates internationally, you are responsible for ensuring your use of Enbrec complies with applicable data protection laws.
Cross-border data processing, if applicable, will be addressed contractually through your MSA.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our platform is intended for business use only and not directed toward individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Any material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
Your MSA will continue to govern how such updates are handled, including notice periods and consent procedures if applicable.
