Pulse captures GPS location automatically every 15 minutes via background tracking. No manual input is required from field crews. Location data is also captured at every event transition (clock in, enroute, arrived, etc.).
Does Pulse work without internet connectivity?
Yes. Pulse is offline-first. All events are queued locally using MMKV encrypted storage and sync automatically when connectivity is restored. Your crews never lose data, even in remote areas.
What devices does Pulse support?
Pulse is available on both iOS and Android. iOS users get the additional benefit of Live Activity on the lock screen showing elapsed time, last pulse, and active job info.
